The behaviour and performance of volunteers are critical to ensuring the program operates as intended. High standards are expected at all times, and poor behaviour or performance is not acceptable.

The portal allows farmers to rate individual members, providing valuable feedback to program administrators and helping future landholders make informed decisions when selecting volunteers for their jobs.

If a matter arises that you wish to raise directly with program administrators, please email farmerassist@ssaa.org.au. Depending on the details provided, administrators may contact you to seek further information or to assist with resolution.

To submit a rating for an individual volunteer, navigate to your My Jobs page. If you have previously marked the volunteer as selected, you can use the Filter function to locate them quickly. If not, click on the number of applications received to view all submitted applications, then scroll through the list until you find the relevant volunteer.
