How to select volunteers

Once you have received enough applications, or have decided which volunteer(s) you would like to assist you, please mark them as selected in the system.

To do this:

  • Go to My Jobs
  • Click on the blue “Applications” link in the Applications column
  • This will display all applications for that job
  • Scroll through and select the volunteers you wish to choose by clicking “Select Member”

Step 1: Click on your job applications

Step 2: Find the volunteer/s you have selected on the list of applications

Step 3: Click on the ‘Select Member’ button and it should then go green indicating successful selection

Note: if you make a mistake on the selection, you just need to re-click the button to deselect that volunteer.
