Deer are one of our biggest issues, being seen in mobs of up to 30 and very flighty. Have had success with trapping pigs and using dogs, but getting more difficult with the drought. Foxes have killed neighbours chickens and we have sheep due to lamb. Wild dogs have also been seen but not taken stock. Roos are out of control.
We run cattle and sheep, a couple of horses. Pests usually come in from the neighbouring properties, we have about 10acres of bush, the rest is clear.
Can’t offer a bed or toilet but you’re welcome to camp on the property provided you’re self sufficient. Having a 2 way would be beneficial as well as thermal imaging.
Property is just over 500acres with limited reception, some steep areas and rocky, can be difficult to drive a Ute off the tracks but can get around easily with quad or side by side.
