We have a growing problem with Feral Deer amongst a cluster of smaller (15-30ac) properties 15k out of Mansfield, Victoria. Some Hares, Rabbits and Foxes – although its the Deer are causing significant damage to pastures, orchards and other agricultural actvities. Mostly Fallow but a few Sambar. The landholders are looking for a anyone that can help – 1- years ago there were 0 animals – now we have a herd of at least 50 and its doubling every year.
Access to the farms is pretty flexible, but buy arrangement.
There are livestock including horses about – so we are looking for folks that are experianced.
