Pest Control Services

Our pest control services

The SSAA Farmer Assist program connects farmers and landholders with skilled, licensed, and insured conservation volunteers to help manage pest animal issues on rural properties — at no cost to you.

Using our simple online portal, you can register, submit a pest control request to the Jobs Board, and receive responses from qualified shooters who are available to assist with wildlife management. Only conservation volunteers who have successfully completed the program’s proficiency requirements and are committed to our Program Rules and Code of Practice — including safety, ethical shooting, and animal welfare standards — can view and respond to your job requests.

For your peace of mind, all participating conservation volunteers are covered by the Association’s $20 million public liability insurance policy, and their involvement is entirely voluntary with no fees or charges to landholders.

Our conservation volunteers can assist with controlling a wide range of pest species that impact agricultural production, pastoral enterprises, and natural environments, including those below.

Each species presents unique challenges, and our conservation volunteers can help you tailor control activities to your property’s needs.

If pest animals are affecting your productivity, environment, or livestock, register today and use our free service to find experienced assistance when you need it most.
